The project focuses on novel bio-based materials solutions leading to new manufacturing tools and sustainable value chains in the construction, food and beverage packaging, appliances and tooling industries.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 10038028.
- 3 innovative bio-based materials and optimised manufacturing processes will be designed innovative pilots for three value chains:
- multifunctional rubber panels with fire resistance and vibrational applications
- bioplastic bottle closures for oil and fruit juice
- wood composites bearings for plastic injection machines
Project preparatory phase:
- Co-writers of the application
- Introduced 2 Italian SMEs to the Consortium
Project implementation:
- Dissemination Manager
- Validate the business plans that will be delivered by the project
